RICKSON GRACIE CUP INTERNATIONAL JIU-JITSU CHAMPIONSHIP 2018

ヒクソン・グレイシー杯国際柔術選手権大会2018。 2008年より開催されている日本国内最大規模の大会。 海外内外の強豪選手が集結し競技を行う。 優勝者にはメダルが贈呈されます。

キッズは10日アダルト以上は11日の開催となります。

参加資格:JJFJ会員JJGF会員(海外在住の方はJJFJ会員でなくても参加は可能)

内容修正は2月5日までとなります。

対戦相手不在の場合の変更及びキャンセルは2月2日15:00までにご連絡下さい。ご連絡がない場合には運営側で変更させていただきます。その場合には体重、年齢が最も近く、参加人数が少ない階級に変更をさせていただきます。

無差別級申し込みについて

・無差別は各帯のアダルト及び黒帯のアダルトからシニア3まで行います。黒帯以外の帯はマスター以上カテゴリーに関しては無差別級は行われず、アダルトのみが行われます。

ルールについて:

通常行われているJJFJルールになりますが、アドバンテージがないルールとなります。

キャンセルについて:

参加費の返金につきましては不可となっておりますが、怪我やや交通機関の遅れなどが原因で参加が不可となって場合、医療証明などの提出することができれば、、JJFJ主催の他の大会に移行することができます。

対戦表の組み合わせは主催者の意向で試合当日でも変更することがある。(主にエントリー内容の誤りの場合)

以下の行為に対しては退場、出場停止あるいは所属団体への注意対象となります。

・試合の進行を妨げるような行為。

・レフリーへの抗議。

・無断に試合エリアに入場された方。

・試合エリアに居座った方。

・試合エリアで柔術着を脱ぎ上半身裸の方。

KIDS CATEGORY WILL BE AT FEBRUARY 10TH. 

ADULT AND MASTERS WILL BE AT 11TH.

Eligibility: OPEN FOR ALL NATIONALITIES

OPEN DIVISION MATCHES WILL BE ONLY ON ADULTS CATEGORIES. MASTER AND SENIORS ALSO CAN COMPETE AT ADULT CATEGORY.

Athletes should make sure that all your registration information is correct at the fighter's list.

Check your Name, Weight, Gender, Age, Belt and Academy.

Request for changes should be sent until the registration deadline - 12:00pm (TOKYO time) requests sent after the correction deadline will be ignored. 


IMPORTANT INFO

Athletes affiliation and academy registration

All the documentation must be properly filled when applying your affiliation online. All athletes with pending and/or incorrect documentation won't be able to register for the tournament, as they need to have their request approved first.

You must bring the ID at the event before their fights, otherwise you will not be able to compete.

Any false information provided during registration such as DOB but not limited to; may leed to immediate disqualification; such actions are subject to suspension or even banishment from future JJFJ AND JJGF events.

Depending on the number of athletes in the tournament, some classes may not have the division.

* When there is only one athlete on the bracket, will be moved to on category above.

*** Same case for masters division. However, the masters athletes can be placed in the adults divisions

Refund Policy:

The registration fee is non-refundable.

Exemption: Athletes who are alone in their bracket are eligible to receive a full refund of the registration fee if they contact [email protected] and request to withdraw their name from the competition prior to the end of the appointed event registration check day.

If you are alone on your bracket you can contact [email protected] till the day before registration check day and request a change on your registration; JJFJ does not guarantee that the division you want to be moved to will have another competitor at the day of the event

The registration fee can be transferred to another championship in case it no opponents on the category

CHECK IN

Check-in is the first process whereby the fighters will do when they arrival at tournament:

Athletes may only weigh up and fight if they are carrying an ID (identity document) with a photograph, otherwise the athlete will be disqualified

Depending the kind of championship, weighing may be performed from one day before, one hour before or during the tournament (check tab schedule which one is applicable):

If you don’t come to the weight-in (to check weight) you will be automatically disqualified

Reasonable time will be given to you, so being late will not be tolerated

You only have 1 chance to pass the weigh-in


PODIUM

The players must to wearing Kimono to receive their medals in the podium 

ATTENTION

Avoid problems, perform before a checking list correctly, and make your check in to the day stipulated.

Make sure to have clean clothes and GI uniforms in proper condition.

Before each fight, athletes will be asked to show their Picture Ids to the officials. Make sure you have it at hand, the absence of ID can lead to DQ.

Make sure to check the schedule at our website, brackets and schedules are also posted at the event venue.

Athletes must keep the kimono and belt tied to the waist at all times while in the waiting or competition area.

The referee makes the final decision and will not tolerate any complaints or make changes to the decision

The athletes are not allowed to jump over the fences/barricades in the competition area.

Make sure to get to the event at least 45 minutes prior to your bracket schedule. You should be warmed up by the time your bracket is called.

Make sure to listen to the division calls on the PA System in the Warm Up area.

At the designated time, go to the warm up area, wearing your GI and with a picture ID or Badge accreditation.

In the warm up area, pay attention to the bracket manager calls

After the Bracket Manager call, he will take you to the concentration area to wait your time to fight. The Mat Manager will take you to the competition area for your fight.

Do NOT remain in the competition area after the end of your fight. Return to the concentration area, and remain there until the mat manager calls you for the next round if you won your previous match.

Be respectful to the staff, officials other athletes and coaches. In turn they will show you the same courtesy.

Be respectful to the referees, showing consideration and appreciation for the performance of his or her duties.

Any disputes regarding matches are to be settled by the Referee. All decision by the Referee will be final.

Direct all questions to tournament staff at the administration table. We will do our best to answer your questions as quickly as possible. Please be patient with questions as there are a lot of competitors at the event. As such we remain busy throughout the day.

Please maintain your belongings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
